GossipAI operates the GossipAI mobile app and website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

• Account data: your name and email address when you register.
• Conversation content: messages or text you submit so GossipAI can generate relationship advice.
• Preference data: language and basic app settings.
• Subscription status: plan and entitlement information processed with RevenueCat.
• Device and diagnostics data: device type, operating system version, app version, and related technical logs.

• To provide personalized AI relationship advice and maintain your account.
• To process AI requests and return results inside the Service.
• To manage subscriptions, access levels, and transaction-related support.
• To improve product quality, reliability, safety, and diagnostics.
• To prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

Before you use an AI feature, we ask for your permission to send data to OpenAI. To generate a response, we may send your message, added context or chat log, recent conversation messages, saved summaries or memory, selected request preferences, a technical GossipAI account identifier, and any image you choose to attach. We do not sell your personal data. OpenAI API data is not used to train OpenAI models by default; OpenAI may retain limited data for abuse monitoring and as required to provide the service.

We retain account and conversation data for the life of your account and for up to 30 days after account deletion to complete operational and legal follow-up, after which it is deleted or anonymized. For deletion requests contact alpermir3@gmail.com .

We use standard security measures including TLS in transit, secure password hashing, and authenticated access controls.

• RevenueCat for subscription management and receipt-related payment status handling.
• Apple App Store and Google Play for app distribution and platform billing.
• Cloud hosting and email delivery providers needed to operate the Service.

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to children.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability of your personal data.

If you access the Service from outside our hosting region, your data may be transferred internationally with required safeguards.

We may update this policy periodically and reflect changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
